Our Company & Operations
Custom Build Watch LLC is a legally registered limited liability company in the United States, incorporated in the state of Wyoming.
We specialise in the design and assembly of custom-built wristwatches using genuine Seiko automatic movements combined with carefully selected aftermarket components. Each watch is built to order, ensuring quality control and attention to detail.
Production & Fulfilment
All watches are assembled after an order is placed.
Average build time is 3–7 business days.
Once completed, orders are shipped to customers worldwide using tracked shipping services.
Estimated delivery times vary by destination but typically range between 7–14 business days.
Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
We take customer satisfaction seriously and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Customer support is available via email, and all enquiries are answered within 24–48 hours.
In the event of a problem with an order, we encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter before any payment disputes or chargebacks occur.
